Association
- CLQW is seeking people who want to make a difference in people's lives. If you are looking for ways to give back to your community call us to find out more about the rewards of Board membership. We are looking for people who are curious, energetic, collaborative, and didcated.

CLQW helps people people with intellectual disabilities to live as valuable members of the community. If Board membership interests you, you will have the opprtunity to provide strategic direction to the agency while having the opportunity to learn more about the changing attitudes and ways to support people with intellectual disabilities. - CLQW hosts bi-weekly bingos at the Lions' Bingo Hall in Belleville - one week it is on the Tuesday and two weeks later it is on the Thursday. We are responsible for having volunteers available to call back the numbers when bingo is called and to do up the reports. We are looking for people to call back the numbers at one or both bingos. All assistance would be appreciated.
Residential
- Community Friends – Do you have some spare time that you would like to share? The people we support would love to share their time with you. They like to go for coffee or tea, go to watch a ball game or other summer sports, watch car racing, go fishing, go walking, take in a movie, walk around the mall, visit the antique car shows in the area, play board games, etc. People will be matched with people of similar interests.
- At this time we are looking for someone to take a gentleman to different car/truck events throughout the summer. He is very keen on antiques and knows a lot about them. If you are interested please fill out the volunteer application form.
Day Program
- Compass Program – volunteer drivers to get people to activities
- Compass is an educational program where individuals learn about the world around them. Do you have a special interest that you would like to share? The program covers a wide variety of topics and is always looking for new ones. For more information send an e-mail to communitylivingquitewest@clqw.ca with Compass as the subject.
