Community Living Quinte West administers Passport ONE across the Quinte Region. 

Passport provides funding directly to people with an intellectual disability to support them in reaching their personal goals. The initiative of passports is to help individuals with intellectual disabilities to

• Support personal development

• Help achieve their potential

• Assist in reaching goals

• Participate in work activities

• Facilitate community participation

• Provide a smooth transition from school to community life

• Promote continuing education

• Encourage a greater independence
